About AquaNet

Turning complexity
into clear decisions

AquaNet Consulting helps water and wastewater utilities make better, evidence-based decisions about how they operate, improve and invest in their networks. Based in Toronto, Canada and supporting clients across North America, the UK, the Caribbean and the Middle East, the firm specialises in water distribution modelling, hydraulic model calibration, non-revenue water reduction, pressure management and digital water strategy, combining deep technical expertise with practical operational insight to turn complex data, models and operational information into clear, actionable guidance for engineers, operators and utility executives.

AquaNet supports both front-line engineers, planners and operators and the senior leadership teams who set strategy. Detailed technical analysis is translated into clear, strategy-ready insight, with the firm frequently engaged to deliver day-to-day technical work as well as higher-level planning, roadmap development and digital maturity assessments. AquaNet can work directly with utilities or act as a specialist subject-matter expert alongside existing partners, vendors or consultants, providing guidance, oversight and targeted technical support where it adds the most value.

Objectivity and vendor-neutral advice are central to AquaNet's approach. The firm provides unbiased, platform-agnostic advice and works collaboratively with utilities, engineering partners and technology providers. Whether the requirement is a focused technical review, a major strategic assessment or an ongoing SME role, AquaNet's aim is to strengthen its clients' internal capability, improve decision quality and help utilities build more resilient, efficient and digitally enabled water networks.
